Happy Monday everyone!
Have you had a chance to see our updated class schedule? You’ll see that most of the classes are still at same times but there are some changes that we wanted to make sure you know about.
Tuesdays at 7:30pm – San Shou Fitness with Kenny Woo. A real challenging workout for those of you that have been to IMPACT! for awhile. A dynamic progression of strength and conditioning exercises, technical combinations, skill drills, and bag work to give you a challenging and varied workout designed to take you out of your comfort zone, push your limits and make every second count.
Thursdays at 6:30pm – Bushido Fitness with Joseph Jimenez. Tap into your body’s natural mechanics! This class will improve your balance, agility, quickness, speed, plyometrics, strength, core and cardio. Combining this with an intense heavy bag workout you will be able to reach your next level of fitness.
Thursdays at 7:30pm – Skills & Drills with Erik Wahlberg. This is an instruction-based class covering everything from footwork to Boxing to Muay Thai. Partner drills, kick shield work, and shadowboxing are just a few of the ways you will hone your martial art techniques. Each session ends with aggressive freestyle heavy bag work.
