Bushido Fitness with Joseph at 6:30pm & Skills & Drills with Erik at 7:30pm
Bushido means “Way of the Warrior”. To be a true warrior you need to be able to tap into your body’s natural mechanics. This class will improve your balance, agility, quickness, speed, plyometrics, strength, core and cardio. Combining this with an intense heavy bag workout you will be able to reach your next level of fitness.
Skills and Drills. Black belt Erik Wahlberg leads this instruction-based class covering everything from footwork to Boxing to Muay Thai. Partner drills, kick shield work, and shadowboxing are just a few of the ways you will hone your martial art techniques. Each session ends with aggressive freestyle heavy bag work.
