***NEW***Summer Class Schedule starts Monday! June 1st.

New Classes - BlankStarting Monday, June 1st, we have a new class and a few changes in our class schedule!  Most notably, Monday’s TRX Suspension Training at 5:30pm with Joseph will now be BoxFit with TRX with Mark.  NOTE: You do not need to sign up for this class online.  It is on a first-come, first serve basis.    KB Fitness will be taught at 6:30pm with Elis and 7:30pm with Erik Mondays.   In addition, BoxFit with TRX will be added to our schedule for Wednesdays at 6:30pm replacing Cardio Kickboxing with Elis.

BoxFit with TRX
Boxer Mark Posadas takes you through a rigorous but fun boxing and conditioning class that includes mitt work, conditioning, bag work, and authentic boxing drills. Strength and core building TRX work is included in every class!
