Acrobatic stretching is designed to increase range of motion with full control of the movement. Using a combination of passive and active stretching exercises. acrobatic stretching is excellent training for activities that require flexibility such as martial arts, aerial arts, and dance.
The general stretching class will introduce full body warm up stretches and build to introductory work on the splits and is designed for both drop-ins students as well as progressive for regular students. There will always be a basic stretch in the beginning and then various other exercises each class. The class will get easier if someone regularly attends.
Members – $10 / NM $12 – 60 Minutes
Space is limited. Once class begins there are no refunds and no make up classes. We require a minimum of 6 students to hold a class.

Bio: Leslie Tipton has over 35 years of sport and circus experience. During her 20 years performing as a contortionist Leslie performed in a variety of theatrical and traditional circuses, cruise ships, casinos, film, print, and corporate events. Leslie holds three Guinness World Records in contortion. In 1997 Leslie started teaching stretching, hand balancing, and contortion. Specializing in teaching adults, Leslie now teaches full time in the SF Bay Area.
