Here’s a few simple guidelines for our kickboxing ninjas to make our classes even more awesome!

Fitness is a friendly place, from our staff to our students. Feel at ease and know you are welcome!
Child Observers. Children are the best thing in the world! To keep them safe (and obey our insurance rules) children under 12 must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. If a parent or guardian can’t sit with them, unfortunately the children will have to stay at home.
Child Participants. Children under the age of 12 that would like to workout may do so if they are with a parent or guardian (over 18) only. Children 13 and older may train alone with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. Bring them in, they are welcome with those few simple rules!
Good Hygiene. Please observe good personal hygiene and wear deodorant in consideration of your fellow gym buddies. Keeping yourself clean and healthy will not only ward off sickness, but is always appreciated by your fellow members!
Bring A Towel & Water Bottle. If we do our job right, you will sweat a lot! Bring a towel or grab one from the bathroom, or purchase a cooling towel from our front desk to wipe up the proof of your heroic workout effort! We have a water fountain so bring your water bottle and save our environment!
