This One-Day 90 minute class is for those curious about aerial silks or interested in developing strong core and upper body with conditioning exercises on and off the silks. No experience necessary. Try it once and you’ll be hooked!

*Note: Participants must be in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in aerial silk activities. Space is limited. Once class begins there are no refunds and no make up classes. We require a minimum of 6 students to hold a class. Participants 14 and older are welcome.
Colleen Richey began aerial training in 2010. A former gymnast and swimmer with a strong yoga background, Colleen brings a keen eye for the form and technique required in aerial acrobatics. She also loves the opportunity for expression and creativity that aerial dance has given her. With a combined focus on form and expression, she encourages her students to explore the art of aerial silks while building a strong, balanced, and healthy body. Colleen mainly trains aerial silks and rope. She also dabbles in static trapeze and aerial straps.
