Ninja Skills draws from a variety of disciplines like dance, meditation, movement, parkour, gymnastics etc to develop control, efficiency and a more well rounded body which equates to less injuries, better performance so one can get the most out of their workouts and reach the next level.

Classes fluidly mix slow and fast tempos so as to offer variety and promote an environment of learning where participants can learn concepts more in depth such as punching, kicking, hip throws or arm bars.

Suitable for all levels.

Fridays – 6:30pm – 7:30pm
