We hope you had a great 3-day weekend! The party, however, is still going! THIS week and weekend we will be taking video of our classes, editing them into several awesome highlight videos promoting IMPACT! and showing off your skills!

Starring in our music videos is always optional. If you don’t want to be in our videos just let us know when we are about to film and we will keep our camera off you. Know that we only keep the best action so you will always look good.

9/2 Tuesday 7:30-8:30 PM
9/3 Wednesday 6:30-7:30 PM and 7:30-8:30PM
9/6 Saturday 10:30-11:30 AM
9/7 Sunday 9:30-10:30 AM and 10:30-11:30 AM

Hey Kickboxers! Since we will be selling branded wraps soon I thought it made sense to share a “how to” video. I like the way this coach wraps his hands. Not as much wrist support as I like but still a solid way to protect your hands.   Erik

FIGHT CLUB – A Monthly Class for Monthly Members

It’s coming! February 24th 1:30-3:30 PM we will have our first Fight Club class. It is a technique class that covers kickboxing, self defense, and some jui-jitsu. It is a friendly class but has serious punch. Below is an example of a move we will work on, the “doerskin” choke.
