Take your striking to the next level!
Join former Impact! Kickboxing Instructor, Joseph Jimenez for an hour long kick-your-butt workout where you will learn footwork, stances, and proper technique for punching and kicking. The results will lead to increased cardiovascular conditioning, leg strength, core strength, and hip mobility. There will be fun partner drills with mitts so make sure to bring a friend.

Bio: Joseph Jimenez has been involved in martial arts for nearly 15 years with extensive training in Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Kenpo Jitsu, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Aside from teaching Kenpo and Kickboxing, Joseph is also a certified personal trainer with a specialty in mindful movement. He preaches a holistic approach to fitness that fully strengthens every aspect of the human body and mind. By combining various physical disciplines and having an emphasis on discipline, quality technique, and meditation, Joseph has developed a unique method of training that seeks to develop an expansive knowledge of movement. This in turn will lead to a more directed and personal approach to better posture, breathing, peace of mind, cardio, power, and mobility.
