“Amazing Gym with amazing people!”
I have mostly taken classes from Erik and Erika, father daughter duo. They give you a WORK OUT. My heart rate is always at least 150 and I’m dripping sweat every time I do it. The instructors also take the time to walk through the class and check up on everyone, ensuring the form is correct. There’s a lot of great vibes going around and I’ve been given tips from more experienced students. This is the perfect gym environment for my wife who was initially intimidated. She’s been going to classes by herself and I’m glad she’s found her own motivation. I have IMPACT to thank for giving us that safe space to try and improve at our own comfortable pace.

Do I need to be coordinated?
Not at all! Kickboxing is for everyone, and we’ll guide you step by step to ensure you feel comfortable and confident. Coordination comes with time—and practice makes perfect!
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Definitely not. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or getting back into fitness, we’ll meet you where you are.
Is there contact? Will I get hurt?
Nope! Our fitness kickboxing classes are non-contact. You’ll be hitting pads and bags, not sparring with others. It’s all about having fun, building strength, and staying safe.

Do you accept reservations?
Yes, we accept reservations. Please call us or book online using Momence App or through our website.
Do I need to sign up online for classes?
We require reservations for all 9:30AM & 7:30PM Weekday Group fitness classes at least 1 hour before class starts using our online reservation system via Momence App or using Chrome or Firefox browser. All other classes, students may arrive and ask the front desk staff to add you to the class.
What do I bring for kickboxing fitness class?
- Hand wraps & boxing gloves
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Indoor shoes, go barefoot or non-slip socks
What classes should a beginner take first??
We recommend starting with our Kickboxing Tutorial, Intro to KB Fitness if you are a beginner and this is your first time doing kickboxing. This tutorial covers the basics: form, footwork, stance, punches, and kicks. CLICK HERE for more information
Is parking available at the studio?
Yes, we have a parking lot in front of the studio.
Can my children watch while I workout?
Children are the best thing in the world! To keep them safe (and obey our insurance rules) children 13 and under must remain supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. If a parent or legal guardian can’t sit with them, unfortunately the children will have to stay at home..
