Self Defense Strategies
Decrease the chances of becoming a victim through increased situational awareness and having the basic knowledge of self defense techniques. This class offers hands on training on setting boundaries, escape routes, de-escalation and basic striking techniques.
Kickboxing Fitness
An exciting and dynamic martial art workout with plenty of strength, cardio and core work to keep your body guessing. It will take you from kickboxing to Tae Kwon Do to MMA drills on the heavy bag, body shields, and kicking targets!
KB Basics
This 30-minute kickboxing tutorial cover the basics: form, footwork, stance, punches, and kicks. Learn basic moves before you start class OR if you have previous experience, improve your own techniques and get more in-depth.

About us
Established in 2012, IMPACT! Kickboxing Fitness is a group exercise fitness studio located in San Carlos, CA offering cardio kickboxing fitness classes, heavy bags workouts as well as aerial silks and straps classes. Our classes focuses on fitness and geared towards those who are 12 and up.

“Amazing workout and instructors”
Great for newbies like myself or those who are more experienced. Morning classes are small so you can get 1-1 attention. Not intimidating at all. Be prepared to sweat. I also love the partner work and occasional TRX. Consistently something I look forward to. And this is coming from someone that never looks forward to working out.
