The Intro to KB Fitness is a great way to start your fitness journey. It’s 60 minutes long and perfect for learning fitness kickboxing. We make sure everyone feels good and confident.

What You’ll Learn in Intro to KB Fitness

Our Intro to KB Fitness class is made for people who are just starting. Our friendly teachers will show you the main moves of fitness kickboxing. You will learn:

  • How to Stand Right: This is important for all your moves. We’ll show you how to stand to be strong and balanced.
  • Basic Punches: Learn how to throw a jab, cross, hook, and uppercut. These are the main punches. We’ll teach you how to do them the right way so they are strong and safe.
  • Simple Kicks: You’ll learn how to do basic kicks. This will help you use your legs for power and movement.

No experience is needed! Just come ready to learn. Our expert teachers will help you every step of the way. They will make sure you learn the basics and feel good about your moves.

When Can You Join?

Ready to jump in and try fitness kickboxing? Our Intro to KB Fitness classes are easy to fit into your week:

  • During the Week: Come every Tuesday at 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM, and Thursday at 6:30 PM.
  • On Weekends: We have classes on Saturdays at 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM, and Sundays at 9:30 AM.

What to Bring to Intro to KB Fitness Class

To make the most of your intro to KB Fitness class, you’ll need:

  • Hand Wraps: These are very important! They support and protect your hands and wrists when you punch.
  • Boxing Gloves: We suggest you get these for the best kickboxing fitness fun. They protect your hands when you hit bags or pads.
