📯 Ever wanted to try kickboxing but weren’t sure where to start? This is it. This 60-minute class is designed specifically for people with zero experience. We skip the intimidation and focus on building your confidence from the ground up.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to stand and keep your balance.
  • How to throw punches and kicks correctly.
  • How to stay safe and have fun on the bags.

What to Bring: Just wear workout clothes and bring water! You’ll need hand wraps and gloves, which are available at the studio if you don’t have your own.

Personal Coaching: We limit this class to only 6 students so you get the attention you deserve.
