Face Masks Optional for Vaccinated Kickboxing Members – Starts Sat 6/19!

Thank you for your patience and continuing to wear your face masks this week.  We will be moving to the following guidance starting Saturday June 19th

GROUP KICKBOXING & BOXING CLASSES:
  • Face Mask is optional for those who are fully vaccinated.  Those who are not vaccinated must continue to wear masks.  We will not be checking vaccinations for kickboxing members*.
  • In-door shoes or barefoot will remain a requirement to keep our studio clean
  • Yoga Mats will be optional though it is recommended
  • Towels are encouraged to wipe sweat etc.,
  • Class Capacity will be increased
  • We will no longer stagger the use of the heavy bags
  • We will continue wiping down the bags and other equipment as appropriate after each use.
SPECIALTY CLASSES: AERIAL SILKS & SELF-DEFENSE
  • Face Mask may be optional for those who are fully vaccinated with proof provided.  Group Aerial & Self-Defense classes are available for students who are fully vaccinated at this time.
  • Youth Aerial students will continue to wear masks unless they are fully vaccinated.
  • Everyone will continue to wash hands before & after class
  • Proof of Vaccination Required for ALL specialty classes
  • Class Capacity is increased to 8 for most classes EXCEPT for Youth Aerial
  • Yoga Mats will be optional though it is recommended

Any student or instructor who is not comfortable with un-masking may continue to wear their masks as appropriate.

Students that are not vaccinated will, at this time, not be allowed to enroll for our specialty classes.  As we open up and add more spots to each aerial silks class, students will be sharing apparatus with one another and be closer in proximity during classes.  Our studio has NOT made this decision lightly and we hope you understand that the safety and health of everyone at our studio is a top priority.     I have met with all our instructors and this is the direction that our studio has decided at this time.  We will revisit this requirement as the state slowly reopens.

*Anyone who wishes to share their Covid Vaccination Card voluntarily, email tammy@impactkbf.com.  Members that opted into our rewards program will receive 25 reward points for sharing their vaccine cards.
