Class Schedule Updated

Thanks everyone for wearing your masks and following our new rules to keep everyone safe while you workout!  It’s been one week since we reopened and here are some schedule updates and check in process clarifications effective immediately.

Updated Class Schedule

In-studio classes require reservations via the APP (Apple | Google Play) or browser to ensure that you have a spot as our class size has been reduced.  We ask everyone to try and be on time to class to keep every safe as we workout.  Be sure to reserve live stream classes at least 20 minutes before class starts so you can get your ZOOM link.

Those who reserve a spot for in-studio classes and are either late cancel or no-show 2x in 2 weeks will be notified via email and their account flagged. Members have up to 2 hours before class to cancel without penalty. That will allow anyone on the wait list to be added to class and notified so they can attend.

What to Bring to the Studio

  • All kickboxing participants must use their own boxing equipment including hand wraps & boxing gloves.
  • Yoga Mats and/or Large Towel are now required for kickboxing & aerial classes.
  • Equipment for both kickboxing & aerial classes will be available for sale at the studio.
  • Bring your water bottle for your personal use.
  • Cubicles are available to store your belongings.

Check in process

  • Clients are asked to wear masks during check-in and when exiting the studio. Disposable masks are available at the studio for $5/each.  Clients are strongly encouraged but NOT required to wear masks during kickboxing class
  • When checking in at the front desk, there will be a designated area to wait for class. Please maintain social distancing during this time.
  • You will be assigned a space in your class at check-in, so please go straight directly to that space when our Front Desk Team notifies clients it’s time.

In-Studio

  • Each member will be stationed at one bag rack to promote social distancing.
  • Both garage doors will be opened during all classes to encourage natural air ventilation.
  • Hand sanitizers and sanitizing wipes are available throughout the studio and at check-in.

  • UPDATED. To keep our floors as clean as possible, outdoor Shoes will no longer be allowed for kickboxing. Members may use indoor workout shoes such as martial, finger shoes or ankle wraps for workouts. Socks may be worn but they are not recommended due to potential lack of traction on the floor.
  • For your safety and our employees, our instructors will coach using verbal cues and demonstration, instead of using hands on corrections.
  • We will temporarily halt partner work and women’s self defense classes at this time.

When Class Ends

We will sanitize all equipment and studio surfaces in between every class as well as deep cleanings.

Following class, your instructor will ask that you exit one at a time from class while maintaining social distancing. Students will be given specific instructions on exiting the studio at the end of class as well as during check in.
