Exciting News: Fusion Training Time Change at IMPACT! Kickboxing 🥊

We’re excited to announce a change to our Fusion Training schedule! To better accommodate our members’ busy lives, we’re moving the start time of Fusion Training to 5:15pm on Thursdays starting Thursday August 1, 2024. Sundays will remain at 10:30 am.

Guided by one of our skilled aerial silks coaches, you’ll embark on a transformative journey to enhance your strength, coordination, and mobility. Through a dynamic fusion of bodyweight exercises and aerial fabric techniques, you’ll unleash your full potential while experiencing the thrill of aerial fitness. Perfect for fitness enthusiasts, kickboxers, and aerial aficionados alike, this class will push your boundaries, fortify joint stability, and deepen your mind-body connection. Elevate your fitness journey with Fusion Training and discover the power of integrated movement! Please note: This class focuses on conditioning and does not include aerial silks skills training.

So on Thursdays, the class schedule will be as follows:

  • KickBoxFit w/TRX at 9:30 am
  • Advanced Beginner Aerial Silks at 4pm
  • Fusion Training at 5:15pm
  • Power KB / KB Basics at 5:30pm
  • Power KB / KB Basics at 6:30pm
  • Aerial Silks Training at 7:30pm
