This February, we’re opening our doors to your inner circle! From Feb 8–14, your friends and family can take one free class! It’s the perfect chance for them to try a class, feel the energy, and start their fitness journey — with you by their side.

Saturday, Feb 14th | 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Meet with Massage Therapist Ericka Camina. She will be:
- Offering 10-minute massage sessions (choice of bodywork or compression boots) from 9:00am – 11:30am
- Refuel with a Fresh nutrient-packed juice bar (available for purchase)

❓ Common Questions
- Do I need to have kickboxing experience? Not at all! Whether you are a seasoned athlete or have never put on a pair of gloves, our coaches will guide you through every move. Intro to KB Fitness or Heavy Bag Blast are excellent starting points for newcomers.
- Do I need my own gloves and wraps? If you have them, bring them! If not, don’t worry—we have gloves available at the studio for our guests to use.
- What should I wear? Wear standard athletic clothes that you can move in. If you are joining us for Fusion Training, we recommend form-fitting leggings/tights. We train in bare feet or boxing shoes.
- How do I enter the raffle? Members earn 1 ticket just for bringing a friend to class. If that friend decides to keep training with us and signs up for our Intro Offer, the member gets 5 tickets! Winners for the DEXA scan and free month will be announced on the 14th.
- Can I come to the Expert Nights if I’m not in class? Absolutely! Even if you aren’t hitting the bags during those specific hours, you are welcome to stop by on Tuesday (2/10) to meet Andy from GameDay or Thursday (2/12) to chat with Dr. Alyssa.
A Final Note for Guests:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class. This gives us time to show you around the studio, get your hands wrapped, and introduce you to your coach!
