Led by Head Instructor Erik Wahlberg, this class is perfect for beginners and will help you learn what kickboxing fitness is all about, mastering the basics of footwork, punching, kicking, and defense in a dynamic, safe, and upbeat environment. Kickboxing is a fantastic full-body workout that improves strength, endurance, and coordination while boosting confidence. No previous experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm!
