One of the things that makes IMPACT special isn’t just the workouts — it’s the people. The encouragement, the high-fives, the laughs between rounds, and the feeling that you’re never doing this alone.
That’s why we’re so excited to bring back Kick It Free Friends Week, happening February 8–14. For one full week, we’re inviting your inner circle to experience IMPACT with you — their first class is on us.
Whether it’s a best friend, partner, coworker, sibling, or workout buddy who’s been “meaning to try kickboxing,” this is the perfect moment to bring them along.
🥊 How Friends Week Works
It’s simple — and rewarding:
- Bring a friend or family member to any class listed below between Feb 8–14
- Your guest takes one free class
- Bag space is limited, so guests must be registered in advance
- You and your guest both earn raffle tickets just for showing up
- If your friend decides to join, you earn a $50 studio credit + 5 bonus raffle tickets
👉 Registration is required to reserve bag space, so be sure to sign your guest up early.

All Friends Week classes are beginner-friendly and open to all fitness levels. Coaches will guide your guest every step of the way.
Your friend can choose from:

- 🥊 Heavy Bag Blast – High-energy cardio and stress relief
- ⚡ Power KB – Kickboxing mixed with functional strength
- 🎯 KB Skills & Drills – Technique, balance, and accuracy
- ⚓ KB & TRX – Strength, core, and suspension training
- 💥 Fusion Training – Strength meets mobility
- 🧘 Foam Rolling – Recovery, flexibility, and feel-good movement

❓ Common Questions
Do my friends need kickboxing experience?
Not at all! Whether they’re brand new or already active, our coaches will guide them through everything.
Do they need gloves or wraps?
If they have them, great! If not, we’ve got gloves available at the studio for guests.
What should they wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing they can move in. For Fusion Training, form-fitting leggings or tights are recommended. We train barefoot or in boxing shoes.
Can guests attend the expert nights without taking class?
Yes! Even if they aren’t training that day, guests and members are welcome to stop by and connect with our experts.
