7:30 PM Classes are Back!
We’re thrilled to announce three new late evening classes, all from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM! Join us for more dynamic Power KB Classes from Erika (who brings her years of experience and infectious positivity) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and another on Thursdays from Ryan Domina (who is being promoted from assistant to instructor and we are thrilled to have him!).
Grace’s Boxing Class is Getting an Upgrade
Our talented teacher, Grace, is spreading her wings! She’s transforming the Monday 5:30 PM Boxing class into an exhilarating Power KB session. She brings her incredible athleticism, relentless energy, and of course…kicks!
Weekend Class Shake-Up
We’re shaking up the weekends for an even more energizing experience, giving you options and variety from myself and Erika. On Saturdays, Erika takes the stage from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by my session from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Both are Power KB, take either one or both! On Sundays I will lead the intense Heavy Bag Blast class from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Fun and efficient and more time to enjoy your day.
