Join us for an invigorating and rejuvenating experience with our Roll & Release class – Foam Rolling Together. This 60 minute class is designed to enhance your mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being through the practice of foam rolling techniques in a supportive group setting. BOOK NOW
Intro to Aerial Silks – Saturday 9/7 11:30AM
This 90 minute class is for those curious about aerial silks or interested in developing strong core and upper body with conditioning exercises on and off the silks. No experience necessary. Self Defense – Mondays at 4:30PM
Students learn basic knowledge to decrease the chances of becoming a victim through increased situational awareness and having the basic knowledge of self defense techniques to provide enough time for escape. Great for pre-teens as well as adults! 60 MIN class. CLICK for more info
