We mix good exercises and stretches together, like a tasty “masala.” Anouck made this class to help you learn how to keep your hip joints healthy. You’ll learn easy things you can use every day, even after the class.
What You’ll Do and Learn: Help for Your Hips
In this class, Anouck will show you easy ways to move. You can use these tips in your daily life. You’ll learn more about your body and how to take care of your hips:
- Good Warm-up Moves: You’ll learn how to get your body ready to move. This helps your blood flow. It wakes up your muscles. It tells your joints it’s time to work! A good warm-up helps stop you from getting hurt. It makes your body ready for the exercises.
- Exercises to Help Hips Move: We’ll do special moves to help your hips go all the way. These exercises help your hips feel less tight. They help you move more smoothly and easily. Imagine bending, turning, and stepping with new freedom!
- Exercises to Make Hips Strong: It’s good to move, but your hips also need to be strong. This class will teach you important exercises to make the muscles around your hips strong. Strong hips mean less hurt later. They also help you do better in all your activities, like doing deeper squats or turning faster.
Who Can Come to Mobility Masala? Everyone Who Wants to Move Better!
This class is made for everyone. It’s easy to start, but it will still help you a lot. It’s good for people who already do some kind of exercise. Maybe you do yoga, Pilates, dance, run, hike, or lift weights. You might be new to these hip exercises, but your body is ready!
Anouck will show you easy ways to do the moves. She will help you if you need to change them. This means everyone will feel good and get a good workout. No special “mobility” practice is needed before you come. Just come ready to learn and get better!

- Time: 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM.
- How Much: $25 for each person.
- How Many People: We are only taking a maximum of 10 students. This small group means Anouck can help each person more. It makes the class really good for you. Since there are not many spots, it’s a good idea to sign up fast!

Meet Your Instructor: Anouck
Anouck is a visual artist and reiki practitioner who has been engaged in aerial arts for the past 14 years. She is fascinated with patterns in body movement and mechanics and strives to train in a balanced and healthy manner. Anouck completed the Paperdoll Militia aerial teacher training program level 1 in 2021 and currently substitute teaches for Ascend Aerial Arts.
