Appropriate for all students that are 12 and over, this class is included in ALL kickboxing memberships or you can drop-in for $25 per class.

Please review this essential information before attending to ensure a safe and successful class experience:
- Conditioning Focus Only: This class is dedicated exclusively to conditioning and strength work and does NOT include aerial silks skills training (e.g., climbs, drops, or choreography).
- Required Attire: To protect our valuable aerial fabric, we require all participants to wear workout shirts, leggings, or workout pants that DO NOT have zippers, grommets, or other sharp metal/plastic pieces.
